POLYCAST WC Wearing Compound

This toughened epoxy system is filled with high-density alumina ceramic beads designed to protect equipment from wear and abrasion caused by handling and processing solid or slurry. It is highly recommended for use in transfer chutes, feed boxes, and sumps as wear protection/abrasion protection, a 100% solids-modified resin designed to withstand severe cavitation, tough abrasion, and moderate impact. Applied with a trowel or by hand, depending on the required thickness, which can be from 3mm upwards. Ceramic wearing compounds are widely used across various heavy industries where wear and tear are significant concerns.
